Rowan is definitely a recommendable agent. He always quickly communicated with us whenever it's working time or off-working time, he also put in extra work even in public holidays for any potential progress. Even before our house on the market, he already made a lot of good suggestion and helped us with a lot of preparations. We felt very comfortable throughout our house-selling, he never pushed us when he got offers that lower than our expectation. One thing happened during our experience with him especially impressed us : just minutes before our signing the contract, he still let us know the new offers from new buyers which are higher than the one laying in front of us.
