Nikki and her team have once again shown why Nikki and Harcourts Coastal are a force for selling real estate in the Greater Gold Coast area. Nikki's knowledge of the area (helped by living here), knowing who is in market and who is in the market to buy in this area is unsurpassed in our experience. We really thank Nikki for dogged follow through, on our behalf, to get a great result.

We have just completed the successful sale of our townhouse in Pavillions by the Broadwater, with Tim as our agent. He was enthusiastic, keeping us informed at all times with the feedback from potential buyers, he has a great knowledge of real estate on the Gold Coast, and went above and beyond to make our lives easier during the whole process. This is the second time that Tim has been our agent and completed both sales with complete professionalism, courtesy and attention to detail. We would gladly recommend Tim to anyone hoping for a smooth experience for either purchasing or selling a property on the Gold Coast - we live in Perth and he has made our interaction regarding our two property sales stressfree and successful.
