I engaged Tim Zampech to sell my waterfront property after a chat over the phone, id done my homework on Tim, as i was an interstate owner and needed somebody i felt completely comfortable with. My findings showed Tim obviously knew the area of Biggera waters very well and had a great reputation. I by nature am a very cautious person but it wasn't long before i felt I'd made the right choice. The result spoke for itself, after great negotiation with the prospective buyer we had a sale. Being interstate there were a few small issues with the conveyancer (my fault i should add) Tim helped going above and beyond to help me straighten things out and understand the difference in our state rules.
