Michael (and Andrew) Harvey guided us through a successful sale of our unit, and the purchasing of another unit with patience and encouraging advice. Their knowledge of the real estate market shows in their business; they are well known and very knowledgeable in their field and this shows in their interaction with perspective buyers and sellers. A tribute to their success. Great job guys!

Selling our property was the second dealing with Michael and Andrew we have had as we bought the property off them. When we were considering selling we knew we were going to list with them. Michael and Andrew are very professional, their knowledge of the market is spot on and nothing was ever too much trouble. They will endeavour to get you the top dollar for your property. We would highly recommend Michael and Andrew to anyone considering selling their property.

Team Harvey did a wonderful job on marketing our house. They have a big data base of people wanting to buy in the area and they sold our house prior to auction on the first home open day.

Andrew and Michael have achieved a fantastic result with the sale of our property. Of most importance was their professionalism, that they listened to our ideas and allowed us to be fully involved in the sales advertising campaign. They guided us through the marketing strategies, kept us informed and took the stress out of the selling process for us. We are extremely satisfied with their service. Graeme & Christine Philip

First impressions count. I knew after meeting Michael that he would be the agent to sell our house. Very knowledgeable of his job, Michael understands how to get the best results. He kept us up to date regularly through the process and Team Harvey sold our house at Auction. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally and I would not hesitate to use Michael again for buying or selling.

This is the third time I have used Michael to sell my house and quite frankly, I would not consider using anyone else. They really have your best interest and work with you to achieve the best price , they tell you honestly what is achievable. They don't tell you a price just to get your listing. I like that I am informed of every step they are taking and kept aware of any interest around the property. They always give me first class service that produces quick results. Thank you

From the moment we signed the Agent Agreement, Shaun and the team were ready to go with all the necessary marketing materials. Team Kaddatz were very professional and delightful to work with in the sale of our property. Shaun in his dapper suits and James Bond style You Tube video were a hit too!
