It has been an absolute delight dealing with Michael & Andrew Harvey from Harcourts Coastal. They are extremely professional & provided me with a very successful marketing campaign which has resulted in the quick sale of my property. I will definitely be using them when I next decide to sell!

After purchasing with Michael we quickly sold with him as well. Five weeks on the market and multiple contracts. Michael is determined and very respectful in his approach. Will seek with him again.

Michael was so professional and easy to work with. He made selling my parents house a smooth process. He took the time and effort to help with anything we needed. He kept us in the loop and was honest with us. Thank you Michael.

We purchased quickly with Michael and Andrew Harvey after looking on and off for a water front property for sometime. Michael was caring and patient and exceptionally professional. Settlement was fast and we didn’t hesitate in asking him to sell our own home which he did under 30 days on the market. We had a solid contract and Michael ensured we had a back up contract also. Luckily he did as the initial one fell through and we moved to the second contract in the same day. Outstanding Agent and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again.

Tim was a great agent to deal with. Knowledge, fair and respectful if both the seller and the buyer.

Shaun, Patrice and their team at Harcourts Coastal made the entire process of selling my apartment a very smooth one. The team worked extremely hard and achieved a sale price close to my expectation, well before the scheduled auction date. Team Kaddatz were recommended to me due to their extensive knowledge of Ephraim Island, and they certainly lived up to it.

Whether buying or selling, and we have done both with them, it's hard to go past Team Kaddatz. Their knowledge and experience in the Gold Coast market gets results - we appreciated the personal attention, the honest feedback, the good advice and the great follow-up.

Tim was very personable from the minute we met him and this did not change throughout our search for our holiday home. He was always available to answer our questions and help us through the process. The purchase was smooth transaction beginning to end thanks to Tim even helping us with things meant for our solicitors. Will definitely use Tim for any further realestate needs.

I have had the pleasure of knowing Shaun for over 3-years and have purchased 2 properties on Ephraim Island from him. As a self-employed Consultant I know how critical my efforts and performance is to my Clients and that is why I have no hesitation in recommending Shaun and his team. Shaun is a consummate professional who is calm, confident and has a wealth of knowledge and advice which is always of benefit to me. My daughter has recently purchased her first property thanks to Shaun and there is no-one else I would have felt comfortable that she deal with.
