We found Tim to be a very effective communicator, he was able to provide answers to all our questions, and was very good at providing the information we needed. We found him very easy to deal with, and the fact we felt no pressure was key in our relationship with Tim. We had been dealing with over agents, who were rather pushy, so we moved away from dealing with them. I would (and since have) recommend Tim as a very professional agent who is well engaged with the industry and is able to communicate the information a buyer needs when they need it.
