We found Michael's knowledge of the area outstanding. Very punctual and his attention to detail was impeccable. Michael was so helpful right through the process and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone looking at buying or selling a property. Could not ask for a better agent. Thanks Michael!

This was the second time in as little as 2 years I had the privilege to be a customer of Michael's, always great communication, follow up and constant support, especially as it was a regretful sale. But having Michael only a phone call away was always reassuring.

Throughout my almost 80 years on earth I have bought and sold some 15 properties, and have experienced good, bad and ordinary agents. I can only say Michael Harvey, as part of Team Harvey with his father, Andrew, provided the absolute best sales service and result I have ever experienced, and under the prevailing Covid-19 cloud; I cannot praise Michael and Team Harvey too highly. I unhesitatingly recommend Michael Harvey of Harcourts Coastal to anyone considering buying/selling a property. Thanks Michael

Tim was a breath of fresh air - no heavy sales techniques just honest discussions and great local knowledge which was much appreciated.

We found Tim to be a very effective communicator, he was able to provide answers to all our questions, and was very good at providing the information we needed. We found him very easy to deal with, and the fact we felt no pressure was key in our relationship with Tim. We had been dealing with over agents, who were rather pushy, so we moved away from dealing with them. I would (and since have) recommend Tim as a very professional agent who is well engaged with the industry and is able to communicate the information a buyer needs when they need it. We would strongly recommend Tim to any vendor or buyer.

Tim was very professional when selling my property and we got the result! Lots of local area knowledge and good contact base. Great to do business with and very friendly to all.

I dealt mostly with Michael during the purchase of this home. I recently relocated from Adelaide with zero knowledge of the Gold Coast property market. I was expecting agents to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. Michael worked very hard to find me a perfect home and explain both the positives and negatives of each property I viewed. The level of honesty was exceptional and made the process so much easier. Even after I settled he has been in contact making sure all is well and providing contacts for tradesmen. Without a doubt I will be using him when I sell again. 10/10 experience.

Michael was extremely hard working, very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He was very enthusiastic and always kept us up to date with the progress of our property & gave us great insight into the surrounding property market. He provided excellent information and advice, however allowed us to always feel in control of the sale of our property. We are extremely grateful for the work he put in and the result he achieved for us. He truly went above and beyond for us and I would recommend Michael as an agent to anyone!

Michael matched me with a buyer for my property and went out of his way to make the whole process a breeze.

Would like to thank Team Harvey very much for their hard work and dedication on selling my property. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to sell loved the energy and the go get attitude which got me the highest sale price in its unit block and premium for its comparisons in Palm Beach goes to show these boys can sell and deliver to any suburb on the Gold Coast. Look forward to the next one. Thank you Team Harvey!

We asked Tim to be our agent based on a recommendation from 2 other people. Tim took the time to understand what was important to us, and because he focussed on those things, he always had the appearance that he was in control. He is a nice guy, was on top of market trends, forceful when needed but not aggressive. Tim got us the result that we wanted and I am happy to recommend him to anyone selling their property.
