I want to say thank you once again to two very professional agents and in particular to Michael Harvey. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree as He, and Andrew have both the professional and communication skills to match. I have been trying to get my apartment sold for years by my old property manager. Michael stepped in, and the job was done! Yes, it was as simple as that. He dealt with everything, and no task was too hard. He coordinated with the tenant, the property manager and the solicitor. He was always happy to take my call and kept me aware of the situation and the progress of the sale.
