We have recently bought and sold with Glenys. And we had amazing results. We first met Glenys at open house. Although that house was not suitable for us, she asked us what we were looking for and carefully listened. She thensuggested a house that we had not seen and took us there later in the day. We bought the house and absolutely love. Then we put our house on the market. It needed a bit of work to maximise the price. She suggested things we need to do and was creative in her ideas. She knows what the potential buyers are looking for and was realistic so we did not overcapitalise. She had some good tradesman contacts who were very good. First weekend on the market and we sold for a street record! We couldn’t be happier with the result and with the service that we received from Glenys in helping us buy, renovate, and sell.
