Wont give you false expectations just to get your listing . Weekly visits to discuss buyers opinions and to plan your way forward was invaluable. While managing a difficult contract, showed me care and consideration and really had my back. Started as an agent and became my friend. You couldn't have anyone better on your side.

Our review of Tim Zampech re sale of 401/33 Clark St. Biggera Waters Qld 4216
We met Tim by chance in 2012 and were impressed by his manner and knowledge of the Biggera Waters area so he was our first choice to sell our unit in Pavillions. He is a great listener and did a great job of marketing our unit, looking for genuine purchasers, as our unit has always been tenanted since we purchased it new 2006. He was always mindful of our tenants when arranging inspections, as per our wishes. He always provided feedback after inspections, and obtained a great price for us. We would highly recommend Tim as the first agent to contact for sale or purchase of properties in the Biggera Waters and wider area, and have already done so.
