Very imformative , helpful, very easy to deal with throughout the whole process.
Andrew's knowledge , communication, helpfulness during our process was one of our better experiences from buying a home. Sometimes buying a house can be a stressful time but ours wasn't it was made very easy with Team Harvey.

To say Andrew is true professional, is an understatement. He works tirelessly on your behave and is with you every step of the way. His knowledge of the market is impeccable and tells you how it is. Wont give you false expectations just to get your listing . Weekly visits to discuss buyers opinions and to plan your way forward was invaluable. While managing a difficult contract, showed me care and consideration and really had my back. Started as an agent and became my friend. You couldn't have anyone better on your side.

Our review of Tim Zampech re sale of 401/33 Clark St. Biggera Waters Qld 4216
We met Tim by chance in 2012 and were impressed by his manner and knowledge of the Biggera Waters area so he was our first choice to sell our unit in Pavillions. He is a great listener and did a great job of marketing our unit, looking for genuine purchasers, as our unit has always been tenanted since we purchased it new 2006. He was always mindful of our tenants when arranging inspections, as per our wishes. He always provided feedback after inspections, and obtained a great price for us. We would highly recommend Tim as the first agent to contact for sale or purchase of properties in the Biggera Waters and wider area, and have already done so.

Great result
Shaun was very professional from the beginning. He gave us a fair appraisal of our property and actually sold it 3 times! It was not his fault that the first two contracts fell over. However the third one was unconditional immediately and he achieved result that we were very happy with. I would thoroughly recommend Shaun and his team. Energetic and Honest
From the 1st meeting with Michael his enthusiasm to sell our property never faulted. Michael’s attitude to chasing down leads and keeping us informed was exceptional. During the highs and lows of selling the property Michael always backed himself to get the job done. As he said to us, If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Frequently he went above and beyond to sell our property, evening meeting with our eventual buyer at 5am to get the contract done. Personally my wife and I cant thank him enough for being our agent.
