From coming up from Melbourne in March for 3 days our Mission was to find an area and schooling for our kids. What we didnt expect (but still pinching ourselves it happened) not only did we find a great property in an amazing area, we found the Best Agent in Andrew. From our first inspection to the hand over of the keys, the communication the follow ups and the overall service was one that made our move above and beyond our expectations. We already love living here and know we have made the right decision moving here.

Buying a house is extremely stressful at times and I phoned Andrew in tears concerned being stuck in traffic I was going to miss an open house he had, he not only made me take a deep breath but calmly said he'd re-open it for me. It so happened I didn't end up buying that home but through his calming words I looked at another one of his listings and purchased it! Much Thanks Andrew.

Andrew was most persistent in his efforts to find us the property we had requested. He was always on time and waiting at the properties prior to inspections. We are so satisfied with Andrew we have commissioned him to sell our existing property.

I had already decided on the agent for the sale of my deceased sister'shouse Iv Runaway Bay when my great nephew asked if I would consider another agent who had come highly recommended. Reluctantly I agreed to trial both agents simultaneously and found to my surprise that Andrew was noticeably superior in his conscientious follow up on inspections and wonderfully helpful for a vendor from interstate. I found holm a good and attentive agent who displayed a consistent professionalism in his management of the sale of the property. I am happy to recommend Andrew to other vendors as a top agent who kno s his marks. In

We cannot thank Andrew enough for the successful sale and consequently, successful purchase of our new home. We were placed in the very difficult position of finding our perfect house before we had sold our current home (unfortunately bridging finance was not an option). From the very beginning we found Andrew to be an excellent communicator, extremely knowledgeable, professional and reliable. The fact that Andrew was able to sell our property within 30 days is a testament to his outstanding sales skills. We were kept informed the whole way through and would highly recommend Andrew to anybody looking to sell their home. Thank you Andrew (and Michael!).

Engaging with Andrew was performed with a view that he had local knowledge of the area and with this could provide awareness to the potential sales opportunity for our home to be sold within the desired dollar value. well, not only did he deliver on this but he also displayed excellent communication collaboration skills. All in all very happy with his professionalism.

I can't Thank Andrew and Michael Harvey enough. Their genuine knowledge of the market and honest and ethical way that they have dealt with the sale of my home was outstanding. Selling a family home at anytime comes with mixed emotions. My home was sold as I was getting divorced and the understanding and empathy that was afforded to myself and my children was and is very much appreciated. The depth of data base the level of work ethic and the constant feedback and explanation of the process was above and beyond . Andrew and Michael are incredibly honest and trustworthy. I have recommended team Harvey already to friends and neighbours and will continue to do so. They will be the only agents I will use in the future.
