This was my first property sale, Andrew made it simple, upfront and honest throughout. Even though we were tested during the sale with some unforeseen issues due to weather, it was handled well and ended up selling for what i wanted and prior to Auction. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

I fully appreciated Andrew's straight to the point no nonsense approach from our very first conversation regarding the possibility of him selling my property. He always had a very high level of enthusiasm and kept me up to date continually throughout the process. He did a great job negotiating access etc with the sitting tenants and managing agent. The whole process was worry free thanks to Andrew's efforts and advice.

I originally approached Andrew & Michael Harvey with a dilemma sale. I owned a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom villa in Helensvale that I needed to sell fast in a competitive market. I am ecstatic with result as it exceeded my expectations in price and time on the market. Michael and Andrew have been nothing less than extraordinary in their knowledge and guidance. I never doubted that they were looking after my best interest. From beginning until settlement, they were professional, kept me informed of the direction and promptly responded to all my enquiries. Michael's stellar negotiation skills sealed the deal. He was able to get me the best sale price in my estate. You can't ask for anything better than that. Team Harvey is worth every dollar and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Andrew was recommended to me by a retired Real Estate agent in Surfers. When we decided to sell, I felt Andrew was the one to entrust with this transaction. Andrew had great market intelligence, highly developed communication & negotiation skills. He provided very regular feedback and reports. He really knew the value of the house in the market, and was great to deal with.

Andrew has been very proactive in all areas of the process beginning with the initial market appraisal through to keeping us updated at every stage of the process. His market knowledge is clear and allows the seller to make an informed decision regarding setting of an asking price as well as the best marketing mix. We will definitely be dealing with Andrew when selling our next property. Emilio & Michelle Barlin

We felt that we could really trust Andrew, and he is not pushy and too much in your face. He is honest and reliable and works for the seller. He was always prompt with the Open Houses, and presented the house in the best light. His communication skills were excellent and we would recommend his services for anyone selling in Runaway Bay.
