very professional
I found Tim to be very professional, made the purchase of my property very straight forward and put me at ease. He explained the process in terms that were easy to understand very knowledgeable about the property market on the Gold Coast. Highly recommend
Stress free in every aspect Substantially high negotiating skills. Whilst end price was not spot on target, its the market that dictates however Andrew was not promising 'silly' targets, Andrew suggested a realistic expectation and for those sellers who are willing to meet the market, you will be pleased with the speed of the sale in what is in reality a slow and cautious market.

A special agent
We bought and sold 16 properties in Sydney and the Gold Coast and Andrew by far is the best agent we have had. He impressed us from the first meeting he sold both of us and we followed his advice to sell our unit. Andrew helped us to furnish the unit using his contact which really sold the property. He kept us informed every open house and all the people who inspected the property we had a positive result and a fantastic price in 3weeks. Best Agent
I have been asked on other occasions to write reviews but I have not done so as I always thought " why should I as he is only doing his job". However on this occasion it is different. Andrew came across as very professional and skillful in our initial dealings when choosing our agent. We were not disappointed in our decision and Andrew successfully negotiated a sale for us that we were happy with. Throughout the sales process Andrew displayed integrity ,honesty, an abundance of local knowledge not to mention a very high level of charm. All viewings were done at times convenient to us and Andrew kept us fully informed throughout the process.
