The process of communication was smooth and feedbacks were timely whenever I sent queries. The legal framework of the lease was duly explained to make sure I got the necessary information before signing. What's more, it is my impression that there was a genuine concern from the afore-mentioned officers - especially Tenielle who has been my interlocutor from the very start - to take care of the interests of the owner as well as the tenant. Tenielle showcased outstanding professionalism and good time management in service delivery. Together with Mollie they delivered a qualitative service.

Kirsty was amazing. We have had s few experiences with direct agencies in Darwin and they are not helpful at all. I’d hate to be an interstate owner of a property in Darwin and have the prophet with one of these agencies as their customer service is completely unprofessional! Kirsty did everything she could to make the viewing easy and manageable for us, and her communication since has been A+++! We recommend her 100%

We have been using Real Estate Central now for 3 years. We currently have 3 rental units with you and that will increase to 4 come the next financial year. I have found the property managers professional, friendly and helpful to deal with. We have had a change in the our manager from Jess to Kirsty. Kirsty has performed exceptionally well in getting new tenants lined up and ready to move into 2 of our properties when the leases expired and we needed new tenants. There was only a 2 day lapse for 1 property and a little over a week for the other (which was due to work needing to be done due to previous tenants leaving the unit un-cleaned and with repairs needed). After finding her feet returning from maternity leave and becoming familiar with our properties which are all in the same complex and can be confusing, Kirsty is now on top of what's happening and is quick to respond when we contact here and helps us to resolve any issues quickly. She is also good at giving gentle nudges and following up with us if she is waiting on a response on something in relation to our properties. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kirsty to friends in need of a professional and helpful rental property manager.
