Communication is an important tool when working in a client centric business. Whilst we realise dealing with owners is not always a fast process, staying in touch with the prospective tenant is important, just a quick call or email or message to say you are still waiting on the owner goes a long way to relieve the stress the tenant is under while trying to find somewhere to live. Kayla is professional and happy to go the extra mile to clarify any queries. It is a pleasure dealing with her. Claire was also an invaluable help to us lodging the application on line. Not everyone is young or an IT guru. If it wasn't for Claire's assistance I don't think I would be writing this review 😀 A huge thank you to both Claire and Kayla.

Generally ok, but a few things were a bit slow for us. It has been more than 2weeks since we moved in, but we are yet to receive the condition report, an item for the unit, etc. Apart from that, the agent is ok.

So easy to communicate with, always speedy responses and things get done before we even need to think about them which makes owning and renting out our investment property feel so straightforward. We always know what's happening - for example when advertising the house for rent we didn't have time to even ask how the process was going; the applicants were screened and sent straight through to us! Also small details are communicated so well: for example when a very well-deserved leave period was taken, we were told in advance who our alternate contact would be for that period which we so appreciated.
