My experience over the last month, from pre-viewing available rentals to appointment times allocated for property viewings, the submission process, the notification process of being an unsuccessful or a successful applicant, to meeting the property manager personally to access keys and go over the property, has been flawless!
The key to my confidence in my experience with this real estate business has been excellent communication. I envision that this standard of communication will continue to ensure my tenancy experience remains positive with my Senior Property Manager, Jen, and the real estate team as a whole.
I have been provided with a very clearly stipulated Lease Agreement that I have signed, as well as a Tenancy Handbook, which includes contacts for any after-hours emergency contract work.
I have complete confidence in my property manager, Jen, and the real estate team. I have based this review on my initial experience as an incoming new tenant, that I will be supported.
