My stay at 6/13 Gilbert Street, Ludmilla has been very nice all around. With the minimum issue I had, not by the property but by other residences, Property Manager, Hayley McGaffin was very attentive to my needs and was quick to resolve any issues. In regards to feedback of the physical property. When moving into the property, there were several light in the kitchen as well as living room that did not work, as we as dirt and sand that still remained from recent home openings. This wasn't a huge issue for me as I am a clean person so just cleaned it up asap. The bathroom sink is still yet to be replaces from the crack that was left from the previous owner. I was told at some point it would be replaced but is yet to be actioned. There is also a light switch in the kitchen that has no frame and some white wall paper in the living room that looks like its been knocked in the past but is still yet to be fixed. When there is rain, the drive way extremely quick to flood as the drain on the property is blocked by mud. But, minor issue that don't affect me personally so I don't mind. I appreciate my stay in unit 6 but due to the darwin weather and crime rate. It looks like it will only be the 6 month lease for me. I enjoyed my stay.
