Kourtney has been excellent through marketing, leasing, renegotiations, and a couple of difficult vacates. Kourtney can be a little hard to contact at times, other times easy to contact. I suspect this reflects whatever work tasks she is engaged with at the time. Kourtney performs very well in what I imagine is difficult work at times, and I really appreciate her good work. It is a pleasure dealing with Kourtney!
