Kirsty has been our Property Manager (for both our units) on two occasions of her tenure with R E Central and has always been great with communication, whether it be sending email or phone messages, responding to mine or having 'out of office messages' on her devices, so I have never been left 'wondering what's going on'. This type of service is most helpful when you own property in Darwin, but live in Sydney.

I rate Kira Lee highly as a property manager. She always has sound advise on what to do going forward whether the challenge be difficult tenants or how to go about securing new ones in the current slow market. She's very good at getting in touch regarding my properties and even sometimes when I drag the chain for whatever reason and am slow to reply she will keep persevering until contact is made. I'm sure dealing with owners/tenants can be frustrating for property managers at times but Kira Lee has always been patient, friendly and professional in all our dealings.
