I have not only dealt with Caitlin. I would say from the time I dropped off my application to moving in all the staff are awesome and would gladly recommend this agency as long as you don't change and turn in to some of those other well known agencies who I found have lost their people skills. This agency is well located, proffessional and very efficient as far as I was concerned

As the name suggests, Central - Real Estate have played a pivotal role in our life post our arrival to Darwin. They've taken the burden off the painstaking task of finding and finalizing an appropriate 'Abode', especially when we had no one to look upto, being immigrants. They hold a far more humanistic spirit, apart from being highly professional and dedicated agency. Landing into a new Home without any reference, any job and any local knowledge was a daunting task, but they came up with the wonderful advice of depositing few weeks' Rent in advance to create a win-win situation for all. And the entire process from locating a property, to finalizing, occupying, inspections and maintenance etc have been almost trouble-free for us. And that's the sole reason, we are leasing a property for the fourth time in a row, through Central, since being in Darwin. Thanks Central.
