When selling a property, you sometimes wonder who the agent is really working for, however with Andrew, those thoughts never entered my mind. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a high degree of professionalism and dedication as I experienced with Andrew. One of his most admirable characteristics is doing exactly as he promises. Specifically putting me first, and providing regular updates and guidance. His appreciation of the local market coupled with his honesty and integrity allowed to be compeltely comfortable with the entire sales process. His skills and knowledge of the more finer points of selling really shone through when needed. Andrew kept me abreast of all interactions, was pro-active in actioning items, following up, scheduling additional opens, and contacting other parties for a smoother process. I needed further guidance along the way as circumstnaces changed, and Andrew was there for me at every step. He was responsive, supportive, and very transparent in all dealings. Andrew was able to secure a sale under some trying cirumstances. He even assisted with a clean up of the property after a cyclone had wreaked havoc in the area. I would have absolutley no hesitation in using Andrew again, and based on my experiences would recommend him highly. Easy Going and Informed: Daniel from the point of inspection to the handing over of the keys made us (My partner and I) feel comfortable and took the time to explain the process and advise us on the market and what was availble to us, which was greatly appreciated as first home buyers. I think both partys came out knowing the sale price was fair and comparable to the market. The experience was overall a great one. we couldnt be happier with our purchase and daniel made the Journey of getting there easy!

After observing the Darwin CBD apartment market and watching so many apartments sitting online for months, we hesitantly decided to test the market with our two bedroom apartment. The first two agents we engaged advised us (and appreciative of their honesty) that they would not be the right agents to sell our apartment due to over supply in the CBD and general market conditions, and we were referred to Daniel as being the CBD expert for such a sale. It was a seamless process and we had it on the market in no time. A few weeks in Daniel received a query as to whether we would be interested in renting the apartment back out - impressively Daniel turned this into a sale and in days we had a signed contract for our asking price. Couldn't have asked for a better result and hats off to Daniel who turned a rental enquiry into a sale in what has been a very difficult market. Would highly recommend Daniel.

We purchased a property that Susie was the selling agent for. Susie had been the agent for other properties that we viewed, listened to our desires, and drew to our attention this particular property. She was accommodating of our desire for more than one viewing, assisted to organise reports to be prepared, and promoted the property well on behalf of the seller. Since purchase we have had no unpleasant surprises. We would happily use Susie to sell the property in the future.
