Sascha was a star from the outset. We chose her because there were many houses in our area with "Sold" signs on them, and her name as the agent!! She did not let us down. She brought a sense of optimism in a market where other agents we spoke to were full of doom and gloom! She was absolutely right - there were plenty of buyers and her job was to find them. She did that successfully - we sold prior to Auction for a very good price. Before during and after the campaign she was totally consistent - everything she said she would do was done on time and with a cheery smile. Everybody selling a house should have a Sascha!!

Sascha understood our wants for the sale of the property and did everything in her power to achieve our desired outcome. Being a first time seller she help us through the process and took time to explain in layman terms what to expect.
