Paul was recommended to me by a colleague. He was fantastic from the start - very open with us about expectations and what we needed to do to get the house ready for sale. Paul's communication with us throughout the process was excellent and he always responded quickly. He is a genuine, professional operator which made him easy to work with. The process of photos and marketing was exceptional, with Maureen helping us enormously. We had a contract 6 days after going on the market, for full asking price. In every step of the process, Paul offered practical and realistic advice which made everything as seamless as possible. Selling from interstate was extra stressful but Paul went above and beyond to keep us informed and anticipate the next steps. At no point did we ever had to remind him or chase him for anything - he was always two steps ahead. In the end, he was able to get a great price, above our expectations, largely due to his work and patience communicating openly and honestly with potential buyers. He is also supported by a great team and contacts in the industry who made our property stand out from the rest. I wish there were more agents like Paul, I trust him and the rest of the Heron Property team with all real estate matters completely.
