In every step of the process, Paul offered practical and realistic advice which made everything as seamless as possible. Selling from interstate was extra stressful but Paul went above and beyond to keep us informed and anticipate the next steps. At no point did we ever had to remind him or chase him for anything - he was always two steps ahead. In the end, he was able to get a great price, above our expectations, largely due to his work and patience communicating openly and honestly with potential buyers.
