Highly Professional Woman
Gennie is a highly professional woman, who worked extremely hard to get the price I was looking for in a down turn market. I was always kept up to date with every open, what other properties were selling for and genuine honest advise. I had 2 properties for sale and Gennie handled them both. With 20 odd years experience within this industry, there isn't anything she doesn't know. I would highly recommend Gennie as your real estate agent.......

Ultimate Professional
We are repeat clients of Gennie, why, because she is in our opinion the "ultimate Professional" Gennie's market knowledge is second to none, she is warm and engaging but maintains her professional standards throughout the transaction. We were kept informed of progress with prospective purchases throughout the entire marketing period and beyond. Our property was a very tough sell in a ridiculously volatile market. We stuck to our guns and Gennie supported our stance from the beginning. Getting much more than expected
In today's world of, text, email, messaging and other zip zap it has been an absolute pleasure to relate with someone that applies the old fasioned fundementals of hard working, personalised customer service, above the call of duty and working towards achieving your best interests or outcomes. Gennie is a genuine and hardworking agent
We bought our home in Rosebery through Gennie thirteen years ago. During that time she kept in contact and gave us appraisals on our property. So when it came to selling, we had no hesitation in contacting her to be our agent. We found Gennie to be prompt in providing detailed analysis of the market and she was very helpful in making suggestions as to what we could do to attract buyers. Purchasing my new home with the help of Gennie.
Recently purchasing my new home was made so easy with Gennie. Her professionalism and dedication to both parties in the process has been outstanding. She was not pushy at any stage and made my daunting experience of buying my first home so easy. Explaining all the features of the home and was very easy to talk to about the property. Obviously she is number one in my books for a real estate agent in the Northern Territory. On picking up my keys I received a moving in celebration package from the Elders team to make my moving in to my home so special. Would highly recommend Gennie.
