Professional and hard working
Janelle is a pleasure to deal with. Her expert knowledge of the area and market are invaluable. She made herself available to us at unusual times due to both of us being shift workers. We have used her services before and will have no hesitation in using her in the future if the need arrises. Our expectations on the sale of our property were far exceeded and she also helped us secure another home in the area. Nothing was too much trouble for her which made our sale and purchase seamless.

Real Estate Professional
I deal with many real estate agents both professionally and personally most just go through the motions or over promise and under deliver. Janelle on the other hand knows the real estate market like the back of her hand but more importantly understands the market and realistically gives great advice to get the best results. I had my house on the market for 3 weeks before it sold and we achieve the asking price and Janelle went beyond her duties by also assisting me with sorting trades people to fix some of the small issues that needed to be fixed before settlement. I have no hesitation in recommending Janelle and her company as competent sales agents and would certainly use her and the team to sell any other properties i had in the local area and would certainly recommend to anyone that asked.
