You research only the best agents in your area who definitely know the properties in your area. We chose Janelle who is very friendly, knows the market and is very professional. She is on the ball and had a contract for us to sign almost immediately we decided to go ahead. She is always available for any questions we may have which is invaluable when you are buying or selling real estate. When we eventually sell, we will certainly be requesting our 'agents for life'.

Genuine!

Outstanding Results
Janelle was able to secure a contract on my father's unit, which was in need of a lot of love, not only within 5 days of going to market, but also $20,000 above what we were expecting to get. This was due to Janelle's excellent market knowledge and outstanding negotiating skills. One of the most pleasing things Janelle does, as opposed to other agents we have dealt with, is what she says she backs up, she is always in constant touch from start to finish.
