We cannot fault Michelle and her team in any way with regards to the sale of our home. They worked so hard to secure us a great price in a realistic timeframe in what is a very slow 'buyer's market'. Michelle went above & beyond when it came to finding ways in which to promote our home for sale and working in a supportive way with potential buyers to ensure that they felt heard and had any questions answered as soon as humanly possible - does this woman ever sleep! We found the whole process, from start to finish, quite relaxing and enjoyable, with communication given along the way to chat about the market, the viewings, any feedback and how she would continue to keep in touch with those who were very interested/placed an offer. We were very impressed by the fact that Michelle wasn't keen to just 'jump' at the very first decent offer and continued to work hard for us (her client) as she felt there was room for movement from prospective buyers, but still remaining realistic with how the market was fairing so kept the conversation alive always to ensure we felt comfortable and supported by her and her team.
