Michelle's knowledge of the property market was exceptional. We found Michelle and her team to be professional, courteous and outstanding in their communication. We were always kept abreast aware of how the market was performing, and Michelle went above and beyond when advertising our property, ensuring every lead was followed up. We felt our property was in safe hands and she regularly communicated with us at the oddest of hours if we had any questions or queries. Highly recommended.

We were very impressed with all the staff at Aqua Real Estate both times when they have been in charge of selling our houses in Mount Eliza. With the latest sale, this was right from the start when we needed to get this one inspection-ready for opening and then on to negotiate a very quick sale. The staff were always on time, were competent and helpful, and we were very appreciative of their work ethics which inspired confidence.

Michelle and her team managed to sell our property at a great price within 4 days of the first open which was a fantastic result! We enjoyed the experience so much, we also simultaneously bought another property with Michelle. We highly recommend the Aqua team who are very professional, communicative and knowledgeable!

Michelle Skoglund has been an exceptional agent. She worked with us to find suitable properties, including working outside standard hours to show us properties. Communication has been open, detailed and frequent. Michelle sought and obtained further information about properties from the vendors when requested. We found an ideal property advertised by Aqua Real Estate. Michelle made the purchase of the property streamlined, and was able to recommend other high-quality professionals, such as a mortgage broker and a conveyancer. A highly recommended agent and team.

Michelle and her team at Aqua Real Estate maintained good communication throughout the sales process. Eager to assist us in obtaining a contract, they were always prompt, provided feedback and were most professional in every way. They get the results that other agents in the Mount Eliza area are unable to achieve. This is solely due to the combined and dedicated skills of all staff within this boutique agency. We would recommend Aqua Real Estate to any one wishing to get their home SOLD!

Michelle recently sold our home for a lot more than our top range advertised! Her negotiating skills are honestly second to none. We have bought and sold through Michelle a number of times now and she has been absolutely brilliant to work with every single time. She is professional, determined and very knowledgeable but also shows kindness, patience and is understanding. In our opinion Michelle is the best agent in the Mornington Peninsula. The proof is in the pudding! Thank you Aqua X
