As a first time buyers Jo-Anne was very easy to talk to and helpful through the bidding and negotiation process. She treated us very personably and not at all like just another buyer. Through several weeks of negotiation over price Jo-Anne kept us informed and regularly updated about the responces of the seller which helped us think through the options available to us. In the end I think the settlement price was a negotiated outcome that both parties would have been happy with.
