Friendly agent
From the first contact, when we were still thinking about making a move to Alice Springs, to showing us properties while working during a trial period, to settlement in our new home, Lindsay was always helpful but never pushed us into making a decision quickly.

Amazing person
When I first bought my property Jo-Anne was the sales agent. At the time I found her to be honest, efficient and knowledgeable. So when the time came to sell my property there was no question in my mind who I wanted to sell the property. And True to her word Jo-Anne had it sold before the first opening. I am very grateful thank you Jo-Anne.

Lindsay is recommended
We live 2500 km from the property we recently sold so were dependent on good communication and advice. Lindsay was professional and helpful throughout the sale process. He has good knowledge of the characteristics of the local market and was able to provide good information on how we priced the property. He was able to compassionately deal with the needs of the tenants during the marketing period, essential as they had resided in the property for a decade.

Highly recommend Lindsay
Can't say enough about Lindsay and his customer service. Lindsay's knowledge of the local market is unrivalled. Lindsay listened to what we wanted, in sale price, and applied sound reason where others were not willing to meet our expectations. We sold a property that was within a developing estate and as such had few 'historical sales'. Lindsay listed our property at our asking price, was not pushy at all and gave us all the options to consider. His client list and local connections had our property under offer in under 24 hours. His respectful dealings with the buyer and ability to tap into his industry network assisted in the sale proceeding to settlement on time. From sign up to settlement Lindsay kept us well informed of every step (even though we reside interstate this did not impact on the progress and result whatsoever. We can't recommend Lindsay highly enough. Thanks so much for your professionalism, honesty and integrity mate.

Amazing Agent, great person!
Lindsay went above and beyond to make my home purchase happen! It was not easy to deal with previous owners, but even then he was positive and helpful in anything I asked! He even looked after my new house while I was on holidays! What a great agent!
