Secondly, Sharon (our property manager) is the ultimate professional. Sharon has vast experience & complete knowledge of all relevant leases, Acts & bylaws. It is a pleasure to speak with Sharon & I’m sure tenants likely feel the same way. We have another property in a different area & I often wish those property managers were more like Sharon and MacArthur.
