Did not had a very good experience
The property i have got was not clean when i entered, spider webs and insects everywhere, common corridor which is supposed to be cleaned by the owner was gross. Flexed shower and jammed taps in the bathroom. The condition report report sent from the owner was slightly opposite to the actual condition of the house. My property is on the first floor and i can not reach outside the windows to clean them, the agency and the owner did not bother to get it cleaned before the tenant comes in. The property agent advised not to worry about the webs because they are outside. Every time i open the blinds make me feel like i am living under spider webs. Every time i step out of house, i see spider, spider webs and get bitten by mosquitos. Such a worst experience i had and i feel like i am stuck.
