I couldn't have asked for any more out of my first dealings with a real estate agent in buying a house. Errol was extremely accommodating and let us look through the house multiple times with different people in tow. He wasn't at all pushy and was forthcoming in any questions we had. He also went to great lengths after the settlement to help us get involved in the community.

Thanks to Errol for his diligence and local knowledge i found a home! To view this property it was a 6 hr drive one way from my previous residence in un known country and Errol was more than patient and accommodating of my ETA's going above and beyond to help me facilitate the purchase of my new home. I couldn't recommend Errol highly enough to future MacArthur real-estate clients, your in safe diligent hands.

Selling a house while you're on the other side of the country is not ideal, but Gill made it easy! She was such a support during the entire process. She and her team kept us up to date with each development, arranged lawn-mowing so the house looked nice, and sold the house for more than we thought possible. Her friendly and supportive nature came across in every phone call, and we could not have been more pleased with the whole process. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.
