I cannot recommend Gill Davies highly enough!! She is experienced, efficient, thorough and always helpful. She strives to get exceptional prices for her sales, my townhouse was sold above the asking price and quickly. All of this whilst treating prospective buyers with integrity and honesty! Gill has gone over and above to ensure my property looked its best including recommending local businesses to complete some pre-sale work and improvements. Gill keeps you in the loop and offers constructive advice to assist you every step of the way. Her informative and timely phone calls put you at ease that your property is being handled by someone who knows how to sell a property. Thank you, Gill you are a rare gem in the real estate field!!

Mark did a great job selling this new home nice and early into the build. His knowledge of housing is impressive. We were in good hands right from the start. Macarthur Real Estate Agency streamlined the sales process so that we knew all the key milestones. Mark liaised exceptionally well with the builder during construction and also personally managed the handover process. Completely professional at all times with a proactive approach to everything sales-related.

We have built two investment properties and our experience with them has been excellent, everything on time and build quality is top class, we have our first property rented out through them and we will be doing the same when the second is finished, later this month. thanks.

Gill has been such an excellent support for me all through the process of buying my first dream home. She has been there for me every step of the way in what is an exhausting and confusing process legally. I could not imagine doing it all without her very professional input. Bravo Gill!

Gill was absolutely outstanding throughout an incredibly difficult and stressful time trying to navigate the sale of my uncles home after his passing. We are based on Sydney so being so far away was a challenge but Gill made this so easy, was super responsive, guided us through the process and made what was a really stressful few months so much more manageable - going out of her way to let contractors through, arrange multiple quotes, inspections, send photos and videos to us, even going there on weekends or after hours when there was an attempted break in. I could not recommend Gill enough, my only wish is for her to be in Sydney so when I look at buying my own property in the future I could have her on our side!! Thank you so much Gill, you are an absolute gem!!

Gill & team were very professional, nothing was a problem from organising walk throughs to getting in touch with the Vendors for certain things which we needed to know. Communication was at a premium with Gill always willing to go the extra mile for us and no doubt the Vendors. The whole experience was a pleasure we would recommend Gill and her team anytime. Thanks again for such a hassle free experience.

Through out the selling process Gill never hesitated answering the phone and kept us updated. Gill goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Gill to all my friends for buying or selling properties.
