When I purchased 2/14 Leena Place Wagga Wagga NSW, Gill Davies was the vendor's agent. She provided outstanding service to me, as buyer, going to extra trouble to chase up extra sets of keys, completion of detail work at the property still pending after settlement and explanation of working of the evaporative air conditioning system. Therefore, it was not surprising that I took the trouble to chase her up at her new agency when I wished to sell that same property. Once again, Gill's service was flawless and fully professional. Her estimate of the selling price was achieved, somewhat to my surprise and again her attention to detail was fully professional. Buying a property through Gill was a smooth process. We bought a home that was already tenanted, that we wish to owner occupy so it was a little more complicated then we anticipated but that was because we didn’t know the process or legalities with the rental side of things.
