Many in real estate will tell you things you want to hear. I think Gill can tell you what you need to know. Conducted the sale with purpose and with respect for vendor and purchaser

Purchased a property recently and Gill was the selling agent. Gill was great to deal with, very friendly and personable, and very helpful and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. This made the whole process very easy and stress free. To anyone wishing to sell their property, or if you're buying a property that she is looking after, know that you will be well looked after.

I came to Mark after a very unpleasant experience with another local agent and could not be happier. He is thorough, professional, efficient and an all round legend to deal with.

Gill was a brilliant agent when she sold my property in Tolland. Received an offer on first day of advertising which led to a sale well above my expectations in terms of price, I believe that Gills advice about how to present the property helped greatly with this result. Gill kept me up to date throughout the process and helped to manage the purchasers expectations and requests. She went over and above to sell my property and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

When I purchased 2/14 Leena Place Wagga Wagga NSW, Gill Davies was the vendor's agent. She provided outstanding service to me, as buyer, going to extra trouble to chase up extra sets of keys, completion of detail work at the property still pending after settlement and explanation of working of the evaporative air conditioning system. Therefore, it was not surprising that I took the trouble to chase her up at her new agency when I wished to sell that same property. Once again, Gill's service was flawless and fully professional. Her estimate of the selling price was achieved, somewhat to my surprise and again her attention to detail was fully professional. I recommend Gill to anyone intending to buy or sell property in the city of Wagga Wagga or surrounding areas.
