Great advice & communication throughout the entire sales process. Negotiated with buyers well and even checked on our unoccupied property many times for us as we lived 5hrs away. She works very hard, even outside of office hours. I thoroughly recommend! Thankyou Gill!

Gill was great to deal with through the whole process of the purchase of our house. She made it a stress free. Her communication was great always keep us updated with all the processes along the way and what we needed to do next. I would highly recommend Gill as an agent. Wouldn’t definitely reach out to her again if I was to purchase or sell a property again.

I have spoken with almost all real estate agents in Wagga Wagga to sell my home. Some tried to talk the property down, some did not return my call, some did not turn up for days to give me an appraisal. Gill responded promptly, provided good advise, organised the photos to be taken literally the next business day and my property was advertised within 48 hrs. (Well most others were talking about two to three weeks to advertise, after some work done...) She brought her own contractor to touch up some minor issues and took buyers to the property any time there was an interest for inspection. She gave me an update after every viewing, and it did not take more than two weeks all in all to exchange the contract after multiple offers. She is an absolute professional and a perfectionist with an unbelievable efficiency. I bought and sold many properties in number of states now and Gill is the most efficient agent I have ever worked with. Thank you Gill, you are a star!

Gill was professional and very friendly throughout the entire process of purchasing the property. She kept us up to date during all stages and provided details of tradesmen who would be able to assist with changes and work necessary after the property settled.

Gill was very helpful and made the whole experience of buying easier than we thought it would be. Gill was always quick to get back to us and was an excellent help in getting us into our first home.

Gill totally kept us upto date with the way our sale was progressing. She used her contacts in real estate to actually get the house out there and we were very surprised to find the house sold in a matter of weeks

Mark was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the whole process. He had a clear and thorough knowledge of the market without over inflating my expectations. I really appreciated the care he took personally in selling my property. The Macarthur team also looked after the property management side of things and did a great job. I’d highly recommend Mark and his team.

After buying a house with Gill as the agent it was a no-brainer to ask her to sell our old home. She again delivered exceptional support throughout the process, followed up with whatever help we needed quickly, kept us in the loop during all stages, and made sure any issues that popped up were dealt with in a fair and timely manner. We couldn’t be happier having had Gill as our agent!

From the appraisal to settlement Gill always kept me informed of what was happening with the sale. She arranged quotes on my behalf for things that needed to be done to make the property ready for sale, liaised with the tenant to arrange times for inspections as I was not available all of the time. She is a very professional and approachable person and made me feel very confident that our property was in good hands. She has a great manner and nothing is too much trouble for her, she just says don’t hesitate to call if you have any questions about anything. She definitely made selling a good experience and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her to anyone wanting to list a property for sale, Macarthur Real Estate are lucky to have her.
