I gave several local agents the opportunity to Sell my Investment property and decided on Gill Davies from Macarthur Real Estate Agency because of her professionalism and I felt she would work the hardest to secure a Buyer for my property. Macarthur Real Estate Agency and Gill Davies provided an honest estimated Sale Price. Open houses were well organised, presented and advertised. I appreciated Gill’s efforts to keep us informed with what was happening during the sale process and the settlement period. I would recommend Gill if selling a property to get the best result achievable.

Professionalism and service surpassed all expectations. On the first day of listing there were 3 enquiries. Only 4 days later we held an open house, resulting in 3 offers and 1 of them above the asking price.

Gill answered all our questions. She went above and beyond for all concerns and queries we had. She always had service with a smile and made us feel welcomed every encounter we had. She educated us on the areas of the house that may have issues with full knowledge. She knows her stuff!! Gill was amazing at always keeping us up to date with anything to do with our property and purchase. She always made time for us in her busy schedule and made sure we were always happy. Gill made buying a house so much more easier and took a lot of stress off the situation. 10/10 recommendation Gill for all property purchases!! Thank you so much Gill!!

I am so pleased that I decided to list my property with Gill Davies from Macarthur Real Estate. From start to finish Gill was exceptional, going above and beyond all of my previous experiences with other local agents. She went out of her way to assist us even after the sale of our home was complete. If I was to list and sell again I would have hesitation in recommending Gill to anyone who is looking for a honest hardworking agent.

Gill was an extremely accomodating agent who went above and beyond throughout the whole buying process. She maintained consistent communication throughout the negotiating and settlement phase beyond what we have experienced before. We felt wholly comfortable in what is usually a nervous process as Gill took on a genuine support for both us as the buyer and for the sellers themselves. She is by far the best agent we have experienced, and are happy to have her sell our own home now given her abilities.

This was my first time buying a property the process was a bit intimidating but with Gill’s assistance it was a lot less stressful. She always made sure to keep me in the loop of what was going on in each part of the process and was consistent in offering her assistance whenever I needed. She was a massive help and is a lovely person and I will 100% be contacting her down the line when I’m ready to buy my next property and I would highly recommend Gill to anyone else who is looking do the same thing :)

We are delighted to write a review for Gill. We purchased our first investment property and found Gill to be a great communicator throughout the whole process. Gill is easy to work with and kept us us up to date. Her knowledge and exepertise is unsurpassed. At a point in the sales process, it appeared that the sale would not go through but Gill went above and beyond to sort out the situation and bring everything to a favourable conclusion for all. Mark Macarthur and his team helped make the sale of our property easy. Mark was very professional and had great knowledge of where the market was going. He communicated well and often to make sure we were happy with proceedings. The market moved quickly against us, but we were still able to achieve a decent price for our property.
