Andrew was fantastic to deal with. Always happy, friendly and helpful. Very quick to get back to me for anything. Couldn't of asked for a smoother purchase. Offer was negotiated and accepted within a few hours on a Saturday and by the end of the Sunday I had recieved a completed contract of sale signed by both parties. Settlement was set for 4 weeks later. Cannot recommend highly enough for his work ethic and attitude.

I can highly recommend Andrew as an agent. He helped me to work out what to do to prepare my newly built home but unfinished yard for sale. This enabled a sale after 3 opens with a short settlement.
