Selling my house through Xsell and Andrew was such a wonderful experience from my first meeting with Andrew who went through the hole process and was the first agent to recommend a saleable price rather than an amount I would like to hear! He was so energetic and you could tell he loves what he does and wants to get the best offer for you. He contacted me always when he said he would and was never to busy to talk about things. If you need someone who is energetic, passionate, clever and a great communicator, then Andrew is the man! My 4 sisters and I interviewed several agents to help us sell our deceased mother's house. A couple of us also turned up to an open inspection of another property, unannounced, to see how it was conducted. We were impressed with the team work of the other agents too and the attention to detail. Thankfully we chose Andrew and his team from XSELL. He advised us on how to prepare the house for market and we watched with amusement as he put the marketing video together. His marketing strategy is clever and after the first open inspection there was a signed contract for a price we were hoping for, but not expecting!!
