from our first meeting and consequent time viewing suitable properties, we found Kevin (happ) to be one of the nicest people we have ever met. when we explained our budget and needs we were taken to exactly what we were looking for in about eight potential properties, the obvious knowledge of the local area along with a patient and pleasant manor endeared him to us in a very short time. following our return to Healesville, Kevin's follow up contacts were prompt but not pushy, once we were ready to buy he made the whole thing effortless, and since then has assisted us further many times with things not normally expected from a real estate agent. We would recommend both Kevin and Asset staff to any potential buyers.

What a great company Assets Real Estate is and Kevin Hughes is top agent. He listened to what our requirements were and did his level best to find an ideal property for us. He did not oversell or use pressure tactics; he just did his job and showed us a number of properties that he thought would suit our requirements and took us through them. We made our final decision and Kevin organised the sale with professional ease and everything has gone well so far. He is an incredibly credible agent and has a good team behind him. Great service, keeping in touch at all stages.
Kevin sold our block to some great people that we are happy to call our neighbours. The price was fair for both parties, and negotiation was prompt. Kevin sold us our first property, and followed our progress through the subdivision process which this property was derived from, and then moved forward with a prompt sale and signing, even before the subdivision was completed.
