More than a great agent.
We found Kevin more than helpful during our purchase, He was very knowledgeable, courteous and very forthcoming with answers to our many questions. Kevin is very polite, helpful and welcoming and also gave us insight to Portland as we are new to the town.

Understanding the client
Ben was great from our first conversation right through to settlement. He worked very hard to help find us what we wanted. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We highly recommend Ben. Other agents in the town did very little work to help us, Ben went above and beyond.

Great Agent
Ben was very easy to deal with and a great help throughout the entire process of buying our first home. He actively searched the market for multiple properties that would suit our needs and was never discourage if a property was not quite what we were after. Ben made the entire process very streamline by using both a formal phone call or a simple out of hours text message to keep us in the loop and didn't hesitate to take us through the same property multiple times. Overall we would like to thank Ben for his service and would highly recommend him others.

Earnest, helpful, and overall nice person
Ben was always bright and pleasant to deal with, and a 'rookie' in the sales team. We quickly established a good rapport with him, and there were elements of fun, actually, when viewing most properties. When the crunch-time came he managed to squeeze that extra for us on price, and away we went. We have given him an open invitation to visit whenever he can, as he expressed a wish to see the progress and gradual improvements we intend making; he became part of the discussions on what we saw as needing to be done, and understanding where we were at. We have been told we'll always be welcome to watch him play in his 'Rules' matches! Saying all that, we have had an overall very good experience with those 'Assets' team whom we have had need to deal with.
