We are so pleased we decided to list our property with Ben. From the first day Ben's communication was fantastic, continuously providing us with updates and suggestions for a successful sale. Ben provided us with a realistic valuation of our property based on the current market which resulted in a sale. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great communicator with years of experience and knowledge of the local area.

We contacted Stuart to appraise our unit, his feedback was excellent and gave us some tips before listing. As it turned out the Assetts team had a buyer before we even listed, 30 day settlement. Cannot thank the team enough.

Jason kept me in the loop at all times so that the sale went smoothly. Nothing was any problem. He was listed as agent of the year for Portland for 2024 and he will be in the running for 2025 the way he performed on this sale:)

A prompt reply to my enquiry lead to a very quick resolution with a change of agent to Ben and everything happening like clockwork. From listing, to the caravan of all their agents, to photos and listing on to the market within 5 days and an acceptable offer within 3 days :)

I started looking at properties in Portland before I had sold my house in Melbourne which proved to take longer than expected. Jason was always available or made arrangements for me to inspect houses, nothing was ever a problem. I felt that Jason understood what I was looking for in a house and the issues of buying a house over a distance. Jason was never pushy or dismissive. Jason continues to follow up over the settlement period and attention to detail is much appreciated.
