Purchasing a house through Ben was easy. He listened to us and showed us the type of property we were looking for. No question was a silly question and we found his knowledge excellent. Ben is extremely friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure working with him.

Ben was excellent to deal with when purchasing our property. We were looking to purchase it as an investment property. He came fully prepared with potential options and on the second inspection had arranged for the property managers to come along which we found extremely helpful. Ben's attention to detail and willingness to provide additional help and information made for an easy purchasing process. We thoroughly recommend Ben as an agent.
