We had a rental we wanted to move on from that was rented through Assests, which was well managed over about 10 years. So we decided to list with Ben and the team at Assests, we had a very smooth process and the property was sold in weeks at a price we discussed with Ben, very happy with the service and results. We decided to list a second property and the timing and the results were the same. Over the next few months we sold a third and fourth property all with great results. The Assests team seemed to communicate and work well together to make the process smooth and stress free. Thanks Ben and all the team at Assests for the rental management and sale of our properties.

We brought our property from Stuart 17 years ago, so when it was time to sell it was only Stuart that we would call, once again the best experience you can have, very professional, committed and reliable with excellent communication, Stuart makes sure you understand the entire process, nothing is to much trouble and always available to take your calls. Thanks Stuart and your team we would highly recommend you. Pam and Tony

Jason is a very professional and respectful person. We dealt with Jason during the sale of our current home, and he didn’t let us down, that’s for sure. He kept us up to date with the status of the sale, even liaising with us after hours. Jason worked tirelessly to sell our home in less than 7 days and with the assistance of the team at Assets, we sold our home quicker than expected. Jason is very personable, and we have recommended him to our friends.

Ben’s patience for a fussy buyer in a hot market made my search for the right place in my home town the easy calm experience every purchaser wants. He listened to comments at each viewing and then delivered the perfect home me. Not only thinking about me as the purchaser but also the vendor, the process from start to finish has been smooth, mutually convenient and easy.
