Good to deal with.
Good guy, good sense of humour, does his best to find what you are looking. I was dissappointed that he didn't shout me a Blue label Johnnie!

Went out of his way to help
Ben was really obliging in arranging an inspection even though the Vendor was ready to accept another offer. He held them off for a couple of days until we could make our way to Portland. Friendly, obliging, and happy to accommodate our needs.
