We didn’t have much to do with Peter really because the house sold in the first week for a great price. Peter managed to improve on the initial offer which made it too good to refuse. It was a much better price than what other agents had suggested we would get, but it was in the range that Peter expected. Once we chose Peter the whole process was streamlined and hassle free.
