Thank you Pete and James on your professional services and getting the property sold. We started off with a really rocky start with the original agent but since Pete and James looked after the property the house was sold quickly and very stress free with Pete and James. The communication was next level given the circumstances James and Pete were having to deal with (separation) however during the whole process they communicated with us both to ensure they sold the property for us. Thank you again

We are downsizing and moving to Ballarat from the Mornington Peninsula. Selling and buying in markets so far apart makes a stressful job even more stressful at our age. Fortunately, Buxtons at Ballarat had a few properties for sale which matched our requirements and we met Peter Burley who was handling the house we liked best. The Ballarat market is very strong and we soon realised that decisions had to be made quickly to be a successful buyer. Peter helped us through all of this and we inspected our property and lodged a successful bid on the same day. Since then, he has been very helpful in organising exchange of information with the vendors. We can thoroughly recommend Peter and his team at Buxtons in Ballarat.

Mark was terrific to deal with. Professional and knowledgeable and his expertise and manner put us at ease to leave the auction of our home in his hands. We got a great auction result and couldn’t be happier!

Every level of our engagement with Mark was up to expectation. From our first meeting Mark gave us confidence that he could sell our house and achieve a good outcome. He was upfront about all costs involved, as ensured we knew everything we needed to do as vendor to ensure our house was set for market. Mark assisted with some tradesmen and a gardener to put the final touches on our house. Mark absolutely talked the talk, but best of all he backed his talk with action, and he, his people and his brand brought home the bacon. Our house sold quickly and at a price above expectation. Selling a house is stressful, even when it goes according to plan - Mark Nunn and Buxton absolutely, 100% nailed it.
