Mark was a fantastic agent to deal with and I would highly recommend Mark and his team at Buxton Ballarat. He made selling my first property a very seamless process.

We found the sale of our property to be a smooth and efficient process. The quality of the advertising, photos and brochures was excellent. Pete was friendly and easy to communicate with. He always kept in contact and offered informative and up to date knowledge pertaining to the sales process. We rate him 100% for persistence which served us well for attaining a good price. Highly recommended!

Having bought a few properties off James, I know he can negotiate a deal within hours. It is a pleasure to do business and get results with someone who knows how to close a deal.

Liam did everything he said he would do. 1st class communication, very ethical and kept us in the loop all the way. Liam had to deal with the tenant, the potential purchasers, us and the purchaser. Awesome job. Congrats to Liam on a successful sale.

Extremely knowledgeable, James made everything easy from the first phone call to the sale negotiations walking me through every step of the way. Next time I sell I will coming to see James from Burton’s again!

Peter is professional, knowledgeable and right on the money. He advertised my unit in the next price bracket than he initially quoted 3 months earlier as he believed, given the way the current climate was going, that it was now worth that. Within 7 days of going on the market, he had got top dollar and it was done a deal. Way above my expectations!

James was one of the most friendliest agents I had come across, he was knowledgeable, approachable and had all the relevant information when needed. He was easily accessible and was a great help as a First Home Buyer and new to all the processes to go through purchasing our first home. Would happily recommend him to anyone, Thanks James.

I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Tim as both buyer and seller. I would commend Tim of the highest order when looking to sell your property. The whole process from appraisal to completed sale was complete within the month. Tim is a first class and courteous representative at all times. I could not be happier with my recent results.
