I live in another state and needed someone to sell my investment property. I went with the company already managing the property... which actually turned out pretty damn good for me. Peter was on the phone right away, to introduce himself and chat about the property. He wasn't worried at all and seemed to think the house would sell itself. I worry a lot. Lots and lots actually. When I needed help with a conveyancer, he recommended one who did a brilliant (and quick) job. When I needed lawn maintenance done, he recommended a great business who did a top job when I needed it. And after one week the property had sold, for a very good price, amazing, and I thank Peter for it.
