Jess was incredibly helpful and even organised a private viewing of a property I was interested in, as I wasn't able to attend the scheduled one. All the staff at BPG are friendly from the receptionist through to property managers and go out of their way to answer all your questions. I have found them to be some of the most competent property managers in terms of the follow-up they have when receiving requests from tenants, in addition to their productivity.

We bought and have had our investment property managed through Buxton in Ballarat for over a year now. Any maintenance issues were promptly resolved and tenant re-occupancy of the property was achieved within 2 to 3 weeks (twice in the past year) - but I believe we could have had turnaround within 2 weeks if we wanted to be quicker. Overall, easy agency to work with and service rates have been reasonable.
