We were very pleased with the outcome of our sale with Buxton. All of the staff treated us with openness and great communication throughout the process. We were always kept in the loop of all important happenings and our questions were always answered efficiently and honestly which was greatly appreciated given this was our first experience in selling a home. Well done to Mark and Tim - it was a hard process made much easier thanks to your brilliant Ballarat team!

We were very happy with Tim's response and regular updates. This means a lot when you are trusting another to act on your behalf. Tim listened to our wishes and provided the outcome we wanted.

Well found Chris to be extremely proficient and professional. After attending the open house on a Saturday, we texted Chris on Sunday morning and by 5pm Sunday afternoon the deal was done. Thank you, Jason & Kylie

Tim Veal, although the selling agent, proved to be very helpful when we made our purchase. His advice and communication skills were very much appreciated and we would have no hesitation in calling on his expertise should we need it at some time in the future.

James is incredibly fastidious in his approach to selling homes, he knows the market very well and takes his profession seriously, we used James after hearing of his reputation from friends, he lived up to that reputation with our home going on the internet on a Wednesday evening and sold by Monday , under a week which was amazing so now we can pursue our plans of building sooner, James was always available throughout our selling process to answer calls and questions, we are beyond thrilled with our result and would highly recommend James and the team at Buxton 😊 Beck and David Ryan

Liam has been a great help in buying a property. He had great communication skills and local knowledge that is very beneficial for those moving to Ballarat outside of the town. I am very pleased with all aspects of the transaction and can highly recommend Liam to anyone.
